We celebrated grandkids' birthday with a meal and arcade games. Kids had a blast. There are lots of activities for adults as well. Food was great and filling. Service was amazing. Our waitress did her utmost to make us feel comfortable and catered our drinks. We would go again and recommend it to others. Food is reasonably priced, but we had enough adult beverages to increase our bill.

Great experience, the atmosphere is amazing and fun. But the customer service is what took my experience above and beyond. This establishment has a lot of unique concepts and the staff (especially bartender allie) explained them in a way that made it easy and fun. The food will shock you, genuinely delicious. I even asked to speak to the kitchen manager about a particular entree I got in regards to the seasoning being awesome and the kitchen manager Reis (who grows a fantastic beard I might add) explained everything perfectly. I will definitely be returning thanks to all the staff.

Had never been here before. We arrived in the front lobby where a sign says wait to be seated. Twice I was asked " can I help you" and twice i said " two please". Was ignored 🙁 so I had to announce we had never been here before. I was then asked if we had reservations for games. I said no we wanted to eat. That was odd and took entirely too long. The food was excellent...very disappointed at Pepsi..I suggest they convert to coke products and see how much more business they would have/get. We did not play games or drink alcohol (not our thing) but would definitely order takeout in the future.

We held our wedding reception/party here because we wanted something a bit different and more child-friendly. We rented out the duckpin bowling area, the axe-throwing area, and an outside patio area. Everything went so well: the food was great, the games were fun, and our servers were fantastic. Even the managers were stellar, as it was too hot out to use the patio, so they were able to get us some additional seating inside. I really felt they were going above and beyond at every turn, and Katie was a fantastic help in getting us ready for the event. We had so many wonderful comments from our guests about how much fun they had and what a great idea it was to hold the event there.

Mekailah was nothing short of phenomenal! I have eaten in restaurants in over 40 states, and she is one of the most honest server I have ever encountered. If you find yourself in the Omaha Metro and are looking for a unique dining experience, highly recommended coming to Smash Park and ask for Mekailah!
