READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING IT AN OPTION! Trust me from my experience, this is the last place you should be applying to. I wouldn't leave a 1 star if it would let me. I moved from out of state and had a representative of mine come take a look at this place. They only allowed to show them a 'staged' apartment of the one they leased me and they refused to show anyone the actual apartment I was moving into and told me that I was the only one allowed to have the keys and to see my actual apartment.. RED FLAG! I signed the lease mid-Feb and moved in on the 28th. The day I got here, it was late and they were about to close for the day so they just gave me my keys and the addendum sheet and sent me on my way. The second I opened the apartment door, I was hit with a disgusting odor of dog urine and chemical smell, along with the apartment not even being close to move in ready. I truly don't believe anyone came into the apartment prior to my move in and according to the neighbors it was only a week between the previous tenants move out and my arrival, so they really did not even look to realize that this was not move in ready condition. See all photos attached. I have complained since the day I moved in about how horrible these living conditions have been and how awful the smell is for me and my dogs. Palomino really does not care and has been dragging out the repairs for MONTHS and just trying to fix it the cheap way. DO YOU KNOW HOW BAD IT IS TO BE BREATHING IN DOG URINE BECAUSE IT RELEASES AMMONIA GAS AND CAN CAUSE RESPIRATORY ISSUES!!!??????? I don't think the people who work here know this information because they truly do NOT care about the health and safety of their tenants.The amount of times I have heard them tell me "I'm sorry - we try to make sure every apartment is move in ready before the tenants arrive" is a complete LIE! They will not seek accountability for the condition in which the property was delivered as well as appropriate action to address the ongoing habitability concerns. Do not rent from this place. Save yourself the agony and don't even bother.

Not so great as it seems. My wife and I moved in he and lived in green River for 2 years. We found a unit with a great price and the people we worked with were very friendly and easy to work with. The place is nice and the amenities are great. After the first year we had a 500 dollar rent raise! We shocked. The second year came around to renew our lease and it was raised another $200 when asked to work with us on price they flat out said no. Then made up a story about why they couldn’t work with us. Along with that they are not good at replying to maintenance requests. Last summer it took 2 months to fix our air conditioner. Not the best place.

I have lived in Green River for over 2 years now. I love the community and all the amenities. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue it has been handled quickly and correctly. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Charles who is always so helpful and friendly.

I stayed in the guest suite and it was so amazing. It was very clean and it was better than any hotel I have been to. It was very convenient. The pool area was very nice. Staff was friendly, Bo, Nicholas, Bobby, and Armando were very kind and kept the place clean and work orders were done in a timely manner. I would love to come back again!

I haven't lived in the community but I can't say enough great things about one of the staff members, Lydia Mehl. From the very first moment, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in finding exactly what I was looking for. She tirelessly showed me unit after unit, spending nearly an hour and a half with me, all with a smile on her face and never once making me feel rushed.What truly set Lydia apart was how well she listened. She understood all of my needs and priorities, and used that understanding to guide me toward something I really loved. Her patience and genuine care throughout the entire process made what can often be a stressful experience feel completely effortless. Because of her hard work, I don't need to look for any other place any more.I am so grateful for her dedication and the time she invested in making sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
