McLeland Tennis Center, one of Fort Worth’s only public tennis and pickleball facilities with online reservation software, is managed by Impact Activities, which runs several public racquet centers across Texas and California. The facility mixes indoor and outdoor courts with portable nets for pickleball, drop-in play welcome though reservations are recommended since courts can fill up, and no fee to reserve. Amenities include a Playmate ball machine ($24/hour, monthly passes available), professional stringing with over 50 string options, and a full slate of tennis programming from 4-year-old red-ball beginners through college-pathway juniors, run by a staff that includes a 2025 ITA Division II National Coach of the Year.
