Ms Anderson was very effective in explaining the diagnosis of my condition. She also advised me to seek assistance from a Pain Management specialist and to take the medication my General Practitioner had prescribed. I had been fearful of both avenues as I did not want to pursue additional medication. Ms Anderson patiently explained the reasoning, and I have begun both avenues to seek relief. The muscle relaxer medication has helped me sleep and the Pain Management specialist is actually testing me to confirm his own theory of the source of my pain that, if correctly confirmed, will not involve pain meds. I am very pleased with Ms Anderson’s patient and thorough encouragement to take her advice.

My experience with Lake Mary and their answering service is, at best, subpar. I had gone to get a shot in my knee last Thursday. Got the shot.Woke up Friday morning in a lot of pain. The knee had swollen about a third bigger or more. So, at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, I make the call. And they tell me to wait a couple of weeks? I explained that I need something to help with the pain. They informed me they would get back to me. I called at about 1130. I haven't heard back from the doctor yet, I'm told.. Then I call again at 230, realizing the weekend is coming and Im going to be stuck with an extremely painful knee. So again, I haven't heard back from the doc, and that's the only answer they have for me.No, let's get you some help. So I try everything to help me with the pain, and I might have gotten 8 hours total sleep over the weekend. So, on Monday at 8 am, I will call back with the same story. Then again at 11:30 and again, guess what, 2:30 the same. NOTHING. So, Monday passes, and I even waited until 11:30 on Tuesday to call. I was told they had tried to call me on Monday, which is pure fabrication. You see, I carry two phones with me almost all the time. And both take messages, and they have left messages for me in the past. When I explain to the person on the phone, this has got to be the worst service I have ever had, and I would call my family doctor to get some pain relief. He said nothing. Half an hour later, someone from this office calls to tell me how they tried to call me the day before. Which again is untrue. No messages on my phones, as I explained to the person who called me. Please let me know if you think I was waiting for your call. All day. This is the worst treatment I have received in all my years. I realize that is a bold statement. But this company has earned this honor. Do not go to these people unless you hope you don't need a follow-up, as that's where the stumbling block with the ball lies. Then, when confronted, they call you on the phone and try to make you think they wanted to call you the day before. And if someone from this company writes a response, please take it with a grain of salt, because the proof is in the care I did not receive.

Almost everyone here speaks Spanish. The provider tries her best to do so some of her words aren’t exact but it’s the thought that counts Michelle is great. But the front desk who does speak Spanish a blonde woman with glasses is very rude. She asked me what language I speak and do I even speak English. She asked me before she even said hello. I don’t usually have this problem when I come in here. I was taken back as well as my spouse this is not okay. It’s all about how we say things not what we say….. but Becky is the best. Thanks you.
