Today, my wife and I had a preconstruction meeting with Andrew regarding a new home in the NVHomes Bloomfield community in Frederick, Maryland. He walked us through all design and construction decisions we had made to date to ensure everything on file was accurate and that we were in agreement. He instilled confidence in us with his knowledge of the decisions we had made. He provided valuable input on one decision we had yet to make to complete it. He laid out a construction roadmap for us from our preconstruction meeting, through the various stages in the construction process, to the final demonstration before settlement. He made us feel like part of the team that was constructing our home. Andrew was customer focused, professional, and showed his knowledge of NVHomes and construction. He indicated we could call him anytime if we had any questions and could meet him at the site if required. We look forward to moving into our new home and the community.

We have had a terrific experience with NVHomes at Bloomfields, and particularly with David Katzker. We are about to have our pre-construction meeting and everything has gone incredibly smoothly so far. This is our first new build, and David has been very patient and thorough in addressing our many, many questions. He and the rest of the team, including the folks on the design and finance side of the business, are extremely knowledgeable and place a strong emphasis on providing great customer service.We're looking forward to the next phases of the build and continuing to work with such a great team!

Stopped in to see a single family home with a bedroom on main level, and I fell in love with the model home and the clubhouse. And the sales person, David Katzker, was a pleasant surprise. He has decades of experience working for the builder, and made all the difference in my decision to sign a purchase agreement. He is an true professional in his craft, and I recommend working with him if you have any interest in this community. The qualiy of construction seems to be outstanding. I am no expert but it looks luxurious, and the reviews are good of NVR and Natelli. It should be a fun journey ahead.

Review given by Linda BlankenshipI am taking this opportunity to share my experience with Andrew Ayznar, my construction engineering project manager for my new home in the NV Homes Bloomfields 55+ Community in Frederick, Maryland. From my first encounter with Andrew on June 30 at the Pre-Construction Meeting throughout the entire building process and Walk-Through on October 13, he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and patient. Also, he was thorough and answered my questions and concerns in a timely, helpful manner. On a weekly basis, sometimes more often, he diligently shared information about the progress in construction. Of special interest were the photos that he posted showing the various phases of the work from the first bulldozing of the land to putting the final touches throughout the home. Because I was living out of state, these photos were especially appreciated and made me feel like a part of the Bloomfields community months before I became a resident. In addition to performing as project manager, Andrew went above and beyond his usual responsibilities. One example was his skillful handling of a potentially serious issue that involved an outside vendor who attempted to perform unnecessary work that had already been completed by the builder. He resolved the issue professionally, saving me the expense of duplicate work. Andrew is a valuable asset to NV Homes as he is to future home owners to whom he is assigned to manage and guide through the new construction process.

We had an excellent experience at NVHomes at Bloomfields 55+ Single-Family Homes. David Katzker was outstanding to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through everything from lot selection to future options and all the details a buyer really needs explained along the way.David made the experience smooth, clear, and enjoyable. The community is beautiful, the product is excellent, and the level of service was top-notch. I would absolutely recommend David and NVHomes at Bloomfields to anyone considering a 55+ community.Thank you, David!
