I can’t recommend Alkeme Sports RX enough! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me reach my goals. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging, and they take the time to create a plan that’s personalized instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach.The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has an amazing atmosphere that keeps you motivated every session. My daughter has been going through physical therapy here following her surgery, and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From day one, the entire team has been supportive, encouraging, and incredibly attentive to her recovery journey.The therapists are not only highly knowledgeable, but also patient and genuinely invested in her progress. She has worked with several different PTs, and each one has been thorough in their care, bringing their own unique approach to her treatment while maintaining the same high standard. Ryan, Chris, Omari, Parker, and Sami — we could never thank you enough for the patience, care, and time you put into every single visit. They take the time to explain each exercise, make sure she’s comfortable, and push her in a way that builds strength and confidence without ever feeling overwhelming.What stands out most is how supportive and encouraging the team is, especially on the days when progress feels hard to see. The therapists do a wonderful job of reminding her to trust the process and stay patient, while also celebrating the small wins along the way. They’re able to connect with her on another level by sharing their own experiences as athletes, which really helps ground her during those moments of frustration as she works to find her way back onto the court. From the thorough evaluation with Dr. Johnson, the amazing, supportive and knowledgeable physical therapy sessions with Omari and the fantastic customer service from Jaime everything has been 5 stars. It's worth the price for the best care for my kiddo where other facilities have failed us!
