★★★☆☆

This is a very convenient location. The accomodations are comfortable and, overall, quiet and private - especially the end units. Was disappointed in the fitness center which is 3-4 treadmill/ellipticals, a few handweights and not enough space to spread out for a solid pilates/yoga/floor workout. And the pool is small. Great for young kids splashing around, not great for laps or more than 8 people. The beach is not nearby and parking at the public beach can fill up.

This is a very solid place for a family to stay and enjoy Naples. They have a nice pool and restaurant on-site. If you want to dine there for dinner - make a reservation, especially close to high season! The apartment was nicely apportioned. Clean, nice sized, with TVs, couches dining room table…..and all things needed to prep for meals! Also a shout out — for the cooler, and beach chairs! Nice touch!

very dissatisfied with this unit. It is right across from the outside patio of the restaurant so it is noisy all evening. The entire curtain rod in the bedroom came right off the wall while trying to close the curtains. Reported this in the morning to the front desk and was told they would get maintenance to fix it. 5:00PM and no maintenance person yet. Was told by front desk there was nothing they could do. They made no effort to contact anyone.Got the name of the property manager from a resident . Called the property manager and could only leave a message and have not gotten any response. Terrible way to treat customers. Can’t figure out what to do next. We better not be charged for repairing the wall where the rod tore off!

We come every year and always enjoy our stay. The grounds are beautiful. There are pathways through lush gardens and over bridges to enjoy nature and get exercise. The pool is large and warm with water fall and stream bubbling around it. There are plenty of lounge chairs and both sunny and shady areas. There is a hot tub but it's been out of commission since at least 2019. I don't know if they are planning on fixing it. There's a picnic area with very nice gas grills for guests' use. There's also a restaurant with good food and atmosphere. We never have an issue finding a parking spot. The condos are well laid out with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. The best part of the condos are the screened in porches!

Our stay was great. When we checked in, we were greeted by Marjorie, who was extremely pleasant, introduced us to the area by making recommendations, and tried to accommodate our room request. The room itself was cleaned and well kept. We had an issue with the master bedroom shower not working but a call to the front desk had the maintenance person in our room within minutes and the problem resolved right away. Our room had a huge balcony and it looks like it's a common train for all the rooms based on what we saw. Also, all rooms have a balcony facing the lake, which is a great plus. We didn't check out the pool, but we walked the grounds on the evening and they are beautiful. Definitely worth checking out if you're with family. The gas grills are first come first serve and have tables surrounding them so you can make yourself comfortable. Overall our experience was a very positive one. Since our stay was brief, we didn't utilize all the amenities the resort had to offer, but based on what we saw, it's all top notch.
