Colorado Springs Pickleball, known as “The Warehouse,” began when founders Kevin and Jeanie, tired of playing outdoors in the cold, built a single pickleball court inside their warehouse in December 2018 after 300-plus hours of labor from Kevin and two friends. Groups of 2-6 players can reserve the court by call or text (7-16 players qualify for group rates), with rates varying seasonally ($15-25/hour, 2-hour minimum).
